Vicky Avery is Founder of MINDS (Moving In New Directions) and currently serves in the capacity as Interim Executive Director. Ms Avery operates and oversees the daily operations and has the authority to carry out these responsibilities in accordance with the direction and policies established by the Board. Also assists in providing direction to Board as it carries out its goverance functions.
